These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coidar mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the App.
Services Provided
Coidar provides a mobile application that helps you track your calorie intake and manage your diet. We utilize the ChatGPT technology developed by OpenAI [https://openai.com/blog/chatgpt/] to identify food items and estimate calorie content based on your text message descriptions of your meals. We also leverage resources like the TDEE Calculator [https://tdeecalculator.net/] and information from Mayo Clinic [https://www.mayoclinic.org/img-20007691] to provide suggestions for calorie and macro goals during onboarding.

The information provided by Coidar, including calorie estimations and macro suggestions, is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. It is important to acknowledge that:
The AI may not always be accurate: ChatGPT is constantly learning and improving, but it may sometimes misinterpret your text messages or provide inaccurate calorie estimations.
Our information may be incomplete: The App's food database may not include all possible food items.
You are responsible for verifying information: We encourage you to verify the accuracy of any information provided by the App with reliable sources, such as food labels or nutrition websites.
User Content
By using the App, you grant Coidar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, translate, publish, distribute, and display any content you submit through the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant such license.
Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or utilize third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by the terms and conditions of those third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of such services.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
